Terms and conditions:

Your order will be dispatched after payment has been received usually within 1-2 working days.

Please note there will be a charge of £2.00 for P & P on all orders.

If your goods cannot be dispatched or there is a problem with the products ordered we will contact you via email or telephone providing this information is available to us. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days please contact us and we will investigate.

We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Our Guarantee

As a guarantee to the quality of our products we offer a 'no-quibble 60-day money back guarantee' on all products bought from this website which have not been used. If you've used the product we are unable to accept it as a return. A full refund will be given for all unused products as long as they have not reached or past the expiry date.

Please note all refunds will be minus the initial delivery charge and the customer must incur the cost of returning the product.

We would like to remind you that supply natural products and as such the products may require a prolonged period of use before you start to benefit from the results. Based on that we recommend that you continue to use the products for the full 60 days, to allow the affects of the products to be experienced.

You should not compare our products to modern pharmaceuticals which are designed to deliver targeted results fast.
