This is our recommended method of purchase, and you can pay using most major debit & credit cards (see payment card logos bottom left of page). Payment is secure using Sage Pay as our payment provider.

Terms and conditions:

Your order will be dispatched after payment has been received usually within 1-2 working days.

Please note there will be no charge for Post  & Packaging on all orders sent to any location within the UK mainland. All orders sent to mainland Europe and other international countries will incur a charge for Post & Packaging. We reserve the right to charge additional P & P for packages that weigh over 2kg.

The Royal Mail postal service will be used to send all packages. However customers may request that alternate delivery couriers be used, this will be at the customers expense and must be paid for prior to the packages being sent out. Aloe Ferox UK cannot be held responsible for any package sent by alternate couriers, in the event of the package not being delivered or damaged.

If your goods cannot be dispatched or there is a problem with the products ordered we will contact you via email or telephone providing this information is available to us. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days please contact us and we will investigate.

We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the matter directly.

As a guarantee to the quality of our products we offer a 'no-quibble 30-day money back guarantee' on all products that are found to be faulty / damaged when purchased from us. We will also reimburse you for the cost of sending the products back to us. 

Returning Products

If you are returning the products just because you have changed your mind we reserve the right to refund you the cost of the products purchased, less the full cost for P & P to us for sending the original package to you. However the products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and must not have reached or past the expiry date. If you've used the products we are unable to accept them as a return. The cost of P & P for returning any package to Aloe Ferox UK,  must be paid for by the customer.

Your money will be refunded once we have received the products back. If we do not receive the products we cannot refund your money. If the products are lost or damaged in the post, it is the responsibility of the customer to make a claim against the delivery service that you have used. We recommend that you get proof of posting from your chosen delivery service to help you if you should need to make a claim.

We reserve the right to change / amend the terms and conditions without prior notification.

Our Guarantee

We would like to remind you that supply natural products and as such the products may require a prolonged period of use before you start to benefit from the results. Based on that we recommend that you continue to use the products for the full 60 days, to allow the affects of the products to be experienced.

You should not compare our products to modern pharmaceuticals which are designed to deliver targeted results fast. Unlike natural products, modern pharmaceuticals usually come with some side-effects because they mostly do not work 'in balance' with your body. Aloe Ferox is said to be "nature's silent miracle healer" because it does just that. It 'aids' the body in its natural healing process and therefore has no side effects.

We have never had any products returned. If the products are returned we would suggest that they would have been either used irregularly or not used at all. To get the full benefit of the products we recommend that you use products such as the Aloe drinks, Gels and pills on a daily basis. Only then can you start to reap the benefits of our natural products.
